Adrian is an approved trainer of The College of Mediators, recognised by the Family Mediation Council (FMC).
Additionally, he has been approved directly by the FMC, with Judi Lyons, to provide Child Inclusive Mediation training.
Adrian is able to provide training to all family mediators irrespective of their mediation membership body. He is available for 'in-house' training and offers the courses listed below..
He is a highly experienced national & international trainer. Formerly a leading trainer in Foundation and Advanced courses for the FMA and then the ADR group. He was the leading trainer for the ADR group Bar Council Partnership.
He has also delivered foundation training to lawyers in Ireland, senior judges in Slovenia and lawyers and social scientists in Portugal. In addition Adrian has provided advanced training to mediators in Belarus, Ukraine and for mediators from Russia and former Soviet Republics, in the areas of supervision, simplifying complex finances, child consultation and the full individual child information model.

PPC Update Day - Online on Thursday 23rd April 2026 (10am - 4pm)
This day will cover the updated FMC PPC guidelines for 2026, including the principles and delivery of hot debriefing. Also, the proposed FMC domestic abuse/violence screening developments; PPC theory and practice and other relevant issues raised on the day.

CIM Update Days - Online

For accredited CIM mediators.
The training days will be delivered by Adrian Wright and Judi Lyons thus ensuring there is mixed gender training delivery. Both have extensive knowledge of the subject and continue to practice child consultation.
